Progressive Glasses Sourcing collects inquiry fields you submit through the existing feedback endpoint, including name, work email, optional phone and company, and the procurement requirement text. Optional budget and supplier-preference helpers, when used, are merged into that requirement text at submit.

Use of inquiry data

We use those fields to match factories and to follow up on the same written scope. We do not sell inquiry contents as a marketing list. Named suppliers receive only the details needed to quote the stated progressive glasses form.

Retention and contact

Inquiry records are retained as long as needed to complete sourcing follow-up or to meet applicable record-keeping duties. To ask about a prior submission, use the work-email field on the contact form and reference the original requirement.
